Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy, born November 25, 1968 in Canada, is a Canadian actor and singer who was honored for her outstanding contribution for American television. She was an actor in the American show Law & Order, where she played prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh in six seasons. Hennessy has also showcased her acting skills in films such as RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. She also wrote and directed these films. Hennessy began her career in the year 1988 with her sister in the role of twin call girls in Dead Ringers. The actress briefly appeared in Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story at Broadway in 1990. In 1993, Hennessy made her way out of musicals, and into the science-fiction genre, playing the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. She got her big break later in the year after she was tapped as Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order. Her three-season stint in the character was well-loved by audiences. The show ended in 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker has appeared in films and shows such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on the Side The West Wing Angels in America where she won the Golden Globe and an Emmy Award for the best supporting actress. Parker has also been the recipient of the 2001 Tony Award for Best Actress for the Broadway show Proof.
